My Online Marketing Tools

I rely on the following software products to build up online assets (content sites, productized services etc) that can be sold. I can personally recommend any of these companies in terms of the amount of value they create and the support they give.

Surfer SEO

Surfer is game changing software for achieving perfect on-page SEO optimization, by taking an average of the content length, keywords, words and phrases that the top competition uses (so that you blend right in), but to also be able to give a writer a brief by just throwing in a seed keyword and clicking a couple of buttons. The content brief has all the words and phrases that the writer needs to hit. This eliminates a lot of keyword research and gets you a higher ROI on your writer's time.

Fancy Hands

Monthly packaged virtual assistant hours in 20 minute credits - I use Fancy Hands VAs to do anything repetitive, whether that's manipulating data, or even running various process templates for maintaining content sites.

Elementor Pro

I use Elementor Pro to build CTA boxes such as on the productized services page or to design entire pages. You can get started for free with the basic version of the plugin but the pro version includes elements such as post grids and popups. I use Elementor on all of my sites now (replaced both Thrive Architect and Leadpages).

Gist is well-priced marketing automation software which also integrates live chat, forms and a knowledge base which gives the best 360° view of your contacts of any software I've used

WP Engine

I use WP Engine to host this site as well as primary online assets. I've tried everything from cheap hosts to managed services and have found WP Engine to be the best value by far and their servers to be lightening quick.
